Background Verification

Getting genuine manpower on board is the need of every client, hence we on our part make sure that the candidates or the resources are genuine job seekers with genuine experience and not some one with fake experiences.

We follow some easy methods to make sure the candidates are for real :

1. We ask for an e-mail from their Company Mail ID, this assures that the candidate is an employee of that company.
2. We make sure that two professional references are given.

We are not into Background Reference Check but would be definitely open for assignments from our own clients to whom we deliver recruitment services.
